We were able to complete all of these packaging projects in just over three months. The deadlines were the most aggressive deadlines our studio has hit with the work surpassing the client’s expectations. We are grateful for the client, our team, and manufacturers that made this project successful.
The Chloe’s team grew to be a trusted partner–giving us clear direction, feedback, and total transparency that allowed our team the ability to work through concepts quickly. Shout out to Todd, who in weekly status calls gave us very detailed feedback on every SKU, from high-level concepts to the small print in the nutritional facts panel. We sent weekly updated dielines, renderings, and presentations, for project milestones the client’s sales team used in conjunction with sales decks for buyer meetings. The in-progress work resulted in buyers from Target, Kroger, Sprouts, HEB, Whole Foods, and other leading grocers interested in the products ahead of production and manufacturing dates.
Weekly, our team worked tirelessly and swiftly from concept to technical dielines to keep the projects moving towards the deadline dates. The creative freedom we had for the Oatmilk line allowed us to explore a fun custom font that’s grown into its own identity. We promptly learned the rules of the licensing game through trial and error and gained new tools in our toolbox. We ate some delicious chocolate and fruit while photographing real ingredients for placement on the dielines.
We coordinated printing with the box manufacturers and served as the liaison between the printers and the client for approvals, color proofs, and file management. We connected directly with the manufacturer’s designers to guarantee high-level print quality for production. The level of transparency, trust, and partnership with our client was crucial in successful production.
The client was pleased with the result and the level of support and consulting that we provided throughout this process. The successful delivery of all of the dielines and positive working partnership resulted in a continued retainer relationship to support digital advertising, marketing collateral, web design, and communications.
